Beaman, having opted for a plea deal, admitted guilt to one count of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree &#8211; 1st Offense and one count of Lascivious Acts with a Child &#8211; Solicit Child for Sex Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The sentencing, delivered on November 15, 2023, saw the judge impose a 25-year term for Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree, along with an additional 5 years for the charge of Lascivious Acts with a Child.
