Robert Wayne Ducharme, a 59-year-old resident of Vinton, IA, has been taken into custody on charges of engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior with multiple children.
The victims, as young as 5 years old, were allegedly subjected to Ducharme’s actions over several years. The charges against him include 5 counts of Sexual Abuse in the 2nd Degree, 1 count of Sexual Abuse – Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, and 2 counts of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse.
Authorities are actively investigating the case.
