Winneshiek County authorities are reaching out to the public for assistance in locating 25-year-old Brandon Kimber, who is wanted on multiple charges and has outstanding arrest warrants.
Kimber was last seen driving a stolen 2016 red Ford Focus, which has been involved in criminal activities. Although the car was last spotted in southern Winneshiek County on Wednesday, Kimber is considered on the run and may be anywhere in the vicinity.
If either the car or Kimber is sighted, individuals are urged to call 911 immediately.
